our Business Administrator here at Eva's Cleaning Service. She started working with Eva's Cleaning Service in April 2019, balancing part-time cleaning duties while pursuing a full-time education. From the outset, Eva recognized Sierra’s potential, acknowledging her managerial background and ongoing degree in Organizational Communications and Management as valuable assets for the growing business.As the business expanded, a need arose for a dedicated role, leading to the creation of the part-time Office Manager position in 2020. Seizing this opportunity, Sierra adeptly juggled this role alongside her academic commitments. Upon completing her degree in 2021, she seamlessly transitioned into the full-time Office Manager role, employing her educational knowledge to establish crucial internal organizational systems.
Recognizing her remarkable contributions and the evolving needs of the business, a new role was crafted for Sierra in 2022—the Business Administrator. This individual's journey at Eva's Cleaning Service exemplifies the company's commitment to recognizing and fostering talent, enabling them to apply her education and expertise in the growth and development of this women-operated, small business.
Meet Maegan:
one of our Team Leads at Eva's Cleaning Service. She has been with us since August 2020. Maegan's career goal is simple yet profound – to be consistently valuable. At Eva's, she thrives in a dynamic environment that values growth and improvement.What Maegan finds most satisfying about her work here is the ability to complete tasks independently or collaboratively, without bringing work home. Maegan Russom embodies Eva's commitment to professionalism, growth, and creating a comfortable environment for our clients.
Outside of work, Maegan enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with friends. Her primary motivation is finding contentment in her life and surroundings. Musically, she's a fan of Panic! At The Disco, Muse, and Jon Bellion, with "Stuntin'" by The Floozies as her chosen theme song.

our cheerful and dependable Quality Assurance Supervisor. Brandi has been with Eva's Cleaning Service since June 2021. Brandi's career goal is simple but profound - she just wants to find happiness, and Eva's Cleaning Service has allowed her to achieve just that.In her role, Brandi derives immense satisfaction from making people happy, witnessing the transition from clean to dirty, and being part of a fantastic team. Professionally, Eva's Cleaning Service has posed challenges that encouraged her to push her limits and raise her own bar, promoting a journey of personal growth and self-improvement.
Beyond the workplace, Brandi's heart lies with her family, especially her kids, serving as her primary motivation in life. She finds joy in spending quality time with her children, engaging in family activities, shopping, and cooking dinner together.
For Brandi, a perfect weekend entails absolute freedom from plans or obligations, allowing her to embrace spontaneity and relish the moment. If her life were to be penned in a book, she would title it "And It Made Her Smile!!"
Meet Wyatt:
a dedicated Team Lead who joined Eva's Cleaning Service in September 2021. His professional journey is deeply rooted in his passion for music, and Eva's has played a pivotal role in allowing him to harmonize his career with his life goals. What truly satisfies Wyatt in his work at Eva's is the sense of achievement that comes with a job well done. Knowing that he plays a part in helping customers protect their valuable investments is incredibly fulfilling.Professionally, Eva's has provided Wyatt with challenges and opportunities to set and accomplish goals while also instilling these qualities in his teammates.
Outside of work, Wyatt's life is an ode to the outdoors, with hiking being a favorite pastime. He is equally passionate about music, particularly playing the bass, and finds joy in the immersive world of video games.
His primary motivation in life at this juncture revolves around creating music and collaborating with fellow artists. This drive fuels his daily endeavors and keeps him inspired.
When it comes to music, some of Wyatt's top favorites include Gojira, Mastodon, and Rickshaw Billies Burger Patrol. A perfect weekend for him involves playing a gig with his band and savoring some quality video game time. If Wyatt were to have a theme song, "Shoo-in" by Rickshaw Billies Burger Patrol would undoubtedly be the soundtrack to his life.
Meet Ryan:
one of our reliable cleaning technicians here at Eva’s Cleaning Service. Ryan joined our team in June 2023 for about 6 weeks before leaving for a year long deployment. In August 2024, he returned home and jumped right back into work. Long story short, Ryan is committed and we are lucky to have him!Currently, Ryan is cleaning part time and attending MSUB working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He enjoys that Eva’s has provided him a fun, safe, well paying job to fund and sustain his higher education goals. Ryan has found that being a Cleaning Technician has challenged his professional skills by increasing his independent responsibility and working with a diverse clientele.
Outside of work, Ryan likes to spend his time target/clay shooting, hunting, gaming, and playing board games with his girlfriend and family. His favorite artists to listen to are Neoni, Sabrina Carpenter, and The Band Jaren and he enjoys watching the show Attack on Titan.
Ryan’s primary motivation comes in the form of serving God wherever he can and making a life that he and his family can be proud of.

the owner of Eva's Cleaning Service LLC in Billings, MT. I opened this business in 2015 after working with another local cleaning company for two years. My husband and I are active outdoor adventure enthusiasts, we love fishing, snowboarding, and camping with our family. I enjoy keeping up with employment practices, local business development, and industry health-oriented discussions. My beautiful children Sedona and Save have become my greatest inspiration. They motivate me to invest in our community and care for our environment on a daily basis.As an employer, some of the principles I am passionate about include: promoting a healthy work environment, maintaining work life balance, and empowering people in the workforce. I strive to stand apart in the service industry by providing exceptional service while creating quality employment opportunities. My mission is to provide a service that exemplifies excellence in all aspects of the business.
I'm proud to be running an environmentally conscious business in Montana! I am doing my part in keeping Montana “the last best place”. My company takes practical steps to achieve this by using safe, biodegradable products in order to eliminate synthetic and toxic chemicals being flushed into our waterways. Providing a service that does not expose Montanan’s and wildlife, especially my clientele and team, to harmful chemicals is an essential part of my values.
